Homes & apartments

Majors Elite Moving is Jefferey Major’s crew for local moves inside St. George and Hurricane. You pack. We load, pad, and place. Plan with the ballpark. Book only after a written estimate.

The number on this page is a planning range. The price you book is the one we write after we’ve seen the home.
Blankets on finished wood. Runners on the floors. Valuation explained when the estimate is written, not waved off at the curb.
Rooms are set the way you asked. You walk them with the crew before the truck leaves.
You can reach Jefferey. If something’s off, it doesn’t go to a call center three states away.

Gun safes, home gyms, antiques. Extra hands and the right dolly, decided before move day — not halfway down a stairwell. We do not move pianos right now.

The day
01
Bedrooms, stairs, the awkward piece. Use the ballpark so you know the shape of the day before anyone drives out.
02
Sign the waiver first. Then a walkthrough, or a short video of the rooms. You get a written estimate. It doesn’t jump because the truck got full.
The waiver is signed before the walkthrough.
03
Crew arrives in the window we set. Shoes covered, pads on, last look together before we go.
“If something’s off, you call me. Not a dispatch center three states away.”
Where
Those addresses. Not a haul past Hurricane.
Questions
Often inside the week. Month-end and the first weekend book first, so the earlier the date is real, the easier it is to hold a crew.
No. It’s a range for a typical home of that size. Long carries, extra stairs, and heavy specialty pieces move it. The written estimate, after we’ve seen the place, is the number we honor.
No. Box the house before we arrive. We load what you’ve packed, pad the furniture, and place it.
Yes. Say so in the estimate so the crew is sized for it. We do not move pianos at the moment.
St. George and Hurricane. Neighborhood to neighborhood. Farther than that isn’t a job we book.
Pack the boxes, empty drawers you don’t want carried full, and set aside a box that stays with you. If the building has an elevator, you need to tell the building you will be using it. We’ll handle the pads.
Start with a ballpark. Call when you want the written number and a crew on the calendar.
